Santa Cruz do Capibaribe is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Pernambuco. Besides being a hub city, which according to SENAI is the largest garment producer in Pernambuco, it is the second largest garment producer in Brazil, behind only the city of São Paulo, and it has the largest garment park in Latin America in its category, the Moda Center Santa Cruz.
It is about 185.7 kilometres from the state capital, Recife. At the state level, Santa Cruz do Capibaribe is the 13th most populous municipality, the 15th richest (GDP) and 25th in quality of life (municipal HDI). Its population, according to IBGE estimates for 2021, was 111,812 inhabitants.
